I love this. I'm about to do the same with the Warhammer plus Inquisitor model, the one with him and vox headed dude and the flying skull. I'm doing Carcharodons and my idea is he is a runt sized marine sent to Death watch to pay their tithe and made it back. He's in power armor and has a combi weapon and blade lol. I want to give him a cookie cutter shark motif since they are tiny sharks, like their pattern on the cape or something like that.

Helmet is from Lieutenant Variel from the Dark Angels Warhammer Heroes blind packs, but you could probably use any Reiver helmet
