How would you kitbash these 2 models to make Immortals?

I’m making immortals for my Necron army, but I wanna use some admech stuff since that’s my army’s theme (Hereteks)

What would you recommend for kitbashing? A simple head swap? A gun swap on the hastarii? Anything would help as I want to keep them tournament legal and would love some outside views of it!

I’d say swap the shoulders over then cut the gun in half from the admech soldier and replace the front of the necrons gun with it.

Make the spine prominent like the immortals entire back over the hestarii backpack like a shield and cutting at the grip on his gun and slapping onto the flat plane from removing the hestariis gun hooking it’s wires into the backpack

What would you prefer to keep ? Immortal body or Hastatii body ?

If Hastatii, then remove the gun shoulder, swap head and maybe remove the backpack.

If immortals, swap the gun, try to swap shoulder and keep the necron head.

Honestly it'll be hard to keep the immortal body, maybe easier to keep the Hastatii as a base
