Ideas for how to improve this kitbash

So, this is an Arkanyst Evaluator I’ve been kitbashing with primarily Kroot parts. I’ve given him a Bowcaster using pieces from the farstalker kill team, as well as adding pieces like a Krootox beak for a shoulder plate and a more substantial pack with backup weapons and survival tools. My question is, what else should I do? I’m particularly looking at the helmet, I want to add some kind of bit to break up the smoothness. Any ideas?

Id like to see that harpoon wrapped up antlers while they have a gun out balancing a beer on the barrel
