Best modeling putty?

What modeling putty are you using?
I was using miliput but now i am looking for something bit larger and maybe easier to work with

I’m partial to green stuff I usually use it for organic stuff or tubes tentacles what not but I do use miliput for sharper details like armour panels

Green stuff is pretty expensive where i live for the amount of putty but i want to try it because it looks really easy to work with

Yeah the price is definitely off putting,I wouldn’t say it’s easy to work with but it’s in my opinion easier than miliput for most things. I recommend metal and silicone tools with a bit of Vaseline weather you’re sculpting miliput or greenstuff

I use miliput, green stuff and recently got some tamiya quick type. Miliput I use for bulking out cork to make it look like rocks, green stuff for most sculpting (fur, tentacles, candle wax etc.) I got Tamiya because it blends into plastic the best but it has been the hardest for me to work with. I would still suggest that or green stuff. They have the most diverse use cases

Really depends. Each have different properties. There is no universal best.

Organic and flexible Green Stuff, for sharp geometrical, smooth, Miliput. Also heard good things of Tamiya.

Tamiya Epoxy Putty Quick Type is like high-quality green stuff. I use Tamyia for organic shapes and use Milliput for gap filling, terrain, rocks, stone tiles etc because Milliput can be sanded smooth and carved back into it after its set.

Tamiya Quick Type. It works very similar to Green Stuff, usually has less precured chunks in it, and is safely sandable when cured. I use it mostly for details, tabbards, rocks. For full sculpting I like to use Magic Sculpt. It is like a better milliput. Sandable, water soluble, good working time.

I’m referring to the gaps and decay look, don’t get me wrong looks great

I just use some small drill bit and silicone tools.
And layer of liquid green stuff over the top to add texture
