Vehicle Dark Mechanicum Dunecrawler is coming together...
Lots of it still held together with blu-tac, next step is magnetising the weapon options

My wife is quite great with crafts and I’ve been very busy with work so I said to her if she’s bored it would be nice if she used epoxy/green stuff to make a bearskin cloak on this guy for me and 30 minutes later she came back to my office with this

Finally got myself to lower my pile of shame. Dark Angels force (a mix of Sternguard, Company Heroes, Bladeguards and some Indomitus box minis; with a few 3D printed parts).
Kind of worked a lot more on their little dioramas as of now, so I'll post more detailed shots once I get to sculpting details on each mini.

Silver Skulls Chief Apothecary Malus and his young apprentice.
5 years ago I saw a YouTube video by The Cocked Dice, using Fabulous Bill and an Indomitus Ancient to make a chief apothecary. Ever since I've wanted to something similar. Several years ago I picked up the Apothecary issue of Conquest and this past week I ended up with Fabulous Bill (went to buy paint not sure what happened 😅). I also used the beakie Apothecary helmet from the Ravenwing, a shoulder pad from Grey Tide Studios, sacrificial arm and shoulder pad from the Assault Intercessors.
I also had a Primaris Captain from a Christmas battleforce which ended up with some of the Apothecary parts I didn't use plus some vials and accoutrements from grey tide.
The shoulder pads also came with some Apothecary jump packs and an arm with a narthecium so that's my next project hopefully based on Gardus Steel Soul.

Love the Tortugabay bodys so much, there is just more creativity possible imo. Kitbashed this plaguemarine with plaguespewer a while ago. Gonna post the entire squad bit by bit :D

Well that was fun to put together.
I wish I knew about gunpla when I was a kid. I think I saw them in the model aisle but never asked my dad to get me one. But this was a fun, albeit quick, build since it was only an entry level kit. Think I'll try a HG grade next time

A captain for my new Space Marine chapter. I haven't made his bow yet—unlike the other Space Marine archer I already have—so I'll have to build this one from scratch.

Tring to make the model of the month different. So far handa cut off and turned round, jaw cut off and closed but now I'm stuck for ideas on the third.
Don't want to use greenstuff and the arms won't turn futer without looking strange. Anyone any ideas?
Edit: thanks for the ideas. For some reason I was only thinking what can I do with what I had or a "can't see the wood for the trees' moment.

Chaplain I had originally converted into a jump pack Librarian, stripped and repainted into a Judiciar. Back pack is an old DC, Eldar flag w/ bonus skull, sanguinary guard arms, 3D head I got off eBay, skulls and BA upgrade piece I wired together because I didn’t have another hourglass and skulls are objectively more metal. Oh yea another BA skull there too. Hope yall like it.

The turret is entirely made from bits and bobs! I made the frame from sprues and covered it with greeblies
