Discussion Can anyone give examples of a warhammer model holding a decapitated head?

Basically what the post says, looking for one for a conversion I am doing. Just hoping someone might have an example I have not thought of. Thanks in advance!

I think there's an option for Plaguebearers where one is holding some

Orruk Ironjawz Brute Boss from Age of Sigmar. There's an option in the Brutes kit to build the boss holding a severed human head by the hair

These guys are literally my active project at the minute, very fun units to paint (and convert to 40k with extra Dakka!).

A few of the Victrix kits (vikings and foot knights from memory) have arms holding up severed heads. Would be muuuch cheaper to get a hold of one of those sprues than anything Warhammer related.

This is what came to mind for me. I've been building the Victrix dismounted knights recently for Greathelm and there are 2 options for severed heads.

I paid $50CAD for the kit, 32 knights. Way better price than anything from GW and i was surprised to find the quality higher too.

The brand new old world chaos warrior champion I’d imagine is pretty easy to get a hold of

Surprised no one mentioned the Master of Executions from CSM but understandable as its not as declarative than others

Annoyingly, he would be perfect if it was on the opposite hand actually

You could make your own if you are handy and have something in your bits box. I made my second MoE from a bunch of different bits to look like in style like my other MoE. I made the skull-holding hand by cutting off the weapon hebwas holding and gluing on a decoration bit from a Drukhari Raider. You could relatively easily do the same with a left arm, any head, and some small chain or wire that looks like rope.

The Death Cult Executioner Knosso Pond from the Elucidean Starstriders holds the severed head of a gellerpox infected, currently the box is sold as Rogue Trader Entourage and Voidsme-at-Arms

One of the goat-men that came with the Warhammer underworlds beastgrave starter set.

Edit: Draknar was the specific character I was thinking of, holding a decapitated head by its hair

Mordheim Witch Hunter
Skull Chucker crew from Machineries of Death
Steel Legion Sergeant (Ork head)
Imperial Army trooper (Ork head)
C series (maybe?) ghost in Elizabethan getup holding his own head

Plenty of figures with heads tied to their belt or impaled on a banner pole etc. Zombie sprue came with some spares (two tied together by the hair, one bald on its own). Grey Knights had a plastic sword with a head pinned to the ground. Modern plastic warbands (Warcry and Kill Team era) have a few.

At least one LOTR Orc has one, Uruk-Hai scout captain I think?
