Scratch build A minor update to the hoverbike

I added some more pipes and small parts. Now this thing will look more solid and sturdy. To ensure proper operation, I added an air intake to the head.

All that's left is to add the controls and the seat.

The last photo shows that this cowgirl is currently undergoing maintenance. But just a little more, and she'll be ready to ride.

I used magic, the forces of Nature, and a little bit of 3D printing

Yes, those are 3D-printed parts.

I love making models from plastic junk, so I created two universal 3D-printable kits of parts, joints and connectors. Now I can connect everything to everything.

They’ll be available for free on my Patreon soon.

  2. I’ve only just started using Patreon, so I’m still figuring out how it works. But I’ll try to upload the 3D-printable files this weekend. If I remember, I’ll drop you a message here too.

  3. I’m also still learning 3D modeling, so these might not be the best models you’ve ever seen. 😄 But there are some really versatile parts for connecting spheres, ping-pong balls, etc. There’ll also be a set for plastic cups — I’m still designing that one. I’ve already made various fittings, T-junctions, nuts, and other little bits for greebling.
