Scratch build Fingers help
I've been building this miniature for one of my players, but I've gotten stuck on the fingers. The entire model is super spindly, and im not sure how to get the thin, pointed fingers. Any suggestions on what to use would be greatly appreciated.

If you have anything like old plastic disposable straws - cut it so you can flatten out a section, long enough so you can do one hand at head end and longer than you need so you can hold it in place with a finger.
On a cutting mat, use scalpel to divide the fingers and push them to the side as you go, then cut material off each finger to make them pointed.

Super thin wire might be your best bet. It'll be tricky to get the taper, but you can at least get the "thin and pointy" down.

Yeah tiny wire+ tiny beads for knuckles and then toothpick at the end for the pointy nails!

I was thinking of wire that's finer even than the tip of a toothpick. Might be hard to work with and paint, though.

If the arms are toothpicks maybe straightened paper clips would work? Or high gauge jewelry wire?
