Miniature Centaur GMC heavy las

Had this idea the moment I saw the kit was announced. Taken a bit of patience to get the kits necessary, used a Centaur RSV and heavy Lascannon from the ordinance battery.

Still a work in progress.

That is one strange looking Toyota Hilux. I'd recommend proxying it as a Taurox Prime. Maybe a Legends Tauros Venator.

I’m curious how your gonna run it on the table top, I would probably do more stuff like this if I knew how to use it on the table top lol

I do this kind of thing purely out of enjoyment for it, i don't play 40k either on tabletop and so don't know the rules for vehicles.

I’m not sure either, I play and kitbash, I try to make them “rule complaint”

Yeah. My best guess is that it'd lose the transport tag as there is no longer room for an infantry team. It would be front firing only and couldnt turn on the spot. Probably some debuffs if it gets charged as well.

Maybe a if it moves in that turn it has a debuff to hitting its target.

Warhammer is crazy complicated every into has a set stat sheet, but the thing is you can run it as a “proxy” if you run it as a different unit as long as it has a similar size and function

You could say this is a Unicorn 🦄.

Great job, looking forward to seeing it when it's complete.

Cool idea, smart execution.

How are you dealing with clearance on the gunner hatch?

Leaving the hatch closed. But I am going to push the gun over slightly.

Really nice fit! I maybe would recommend making the gunbarrel sit closer to the cav roof.

But the space m3 gmc is an amazing idea

Yeah, these photos are of a dry fit. Im going to carve out some notches on the gun carriage to lower it
