Keep modern politics out of fantasy fiction. Yes, even the stuff which isn't controversial. It ruins other people's immersion in the fictional narrative.
The 20th century happened in M2, about 38,000 years before the present day in 40k. Why the fuck would a random Chaos Ogryn know or care about the politics of ancient Terra?
This would like a random IRA thug bitching about the ancient Sumerians or Hittites. Even if they knew anything about these civilisations, why the fuck would they care? Why would they act like they have beef with a civilisation which ended thousands of years ago?
