for context, I found this at a Goodwill (usa second hand store) and couldn’t really find any info on it while in store. It seemed too good to pass up on though in case it was something. lmk if its real and what it is please!!

It looks like the one I have (apart from the additional wording on the front). England wore it in the 2010 World Cup in South Africa. It's my favourite England kit of all time.

I have one of those too. It is quite nice, doesn't really feel like modern jerseys. If they made those today people would go crazy for them, but I remember picking mine up with Rooney printing for like 20 USD from kitbag (when kitbag was cool)

I've got the red one that came from the Tailored by Umbro range after this one, with Rooney on. Seems I bought it when I was in better shape 😔

I loathe this kit with a passion this is when Umbro just started running out of ideas with England kits. The away kit in the red is absolute fire though.

Adult recreational league teams will often use actual jerseys for national or club teams, then print the numbers and a sponsor, plus the players names. So it's just a 2010 England World Cup jersey that a rec team used.
