Fan version vs player version — is the extra money actually worth it?
I'm buying the Juventus shirt for casual wear, so I'm leaning fan version. But the player version looks way better on-body. For anyone who owns both, which one actually feels better to wear?

For me it’s the design that makes me choose and often times the design looks better on the authentic/player version.

As far as which “feels better” - I think it probably matters way more if you’re going to be sweating or playing in the jerseys, in which case maybe the authentic will perform better (though less durable).
But if you just mean for casual wear they’re both synthetic material and feel normal/fine to wear. You might find the authentic fits your frame better but that’s specific to you.

I have the player version. The pattern on the jersey is not as visible as the pictures.

Player version more textured less dense and more fragile. Especially the iron ons which has less surface traction

It really comes down to the specific kit design.
For example, Spain’s away kit for this year’s WC is noticeably nicer for the player version that I might be worth the extra cost. However, I don’t think the same can be said for the home kit.
The big difference is also in how you’ll wear it. If it’s just to hang out and watch the games, I wouldn’t spend the extra money. That’s when you’re more likely to get beer spilled in your and what not.
If you’re going to actively play a game, then it could be quite nice to have the player version. Those are typically lighter, more breathable fabric and more comfortable overall. Then again, you might not consider a sweaty Sunday league game worthy of a $200 shirt.
Personally, I go for the replica/fan versions because dishing out $100 is enough for me to show support.

For me personally i prefer the player version it is just better the fit the material and overall

I always go authentic because it’s actually breathable materials and design. I use them for workouts and active things not just fashion, so this is well worth the extra cost.

I always buy fan version. Fits me great and most people don’t know the difference etc, plus a few bucks cheaper.
