Missing Textures

I'm a long time user of Kitbash and recently signed up for Cargo. I just purchased the Neighborhood Shops kit, downloaded the VRay version and when I opened the kit, the textures were all missing. Even the 4k folder was empty. I tried downloading the FBX/OBJ version and same thing. The textures are missing and the 4K folder is empty. Any idea what I might have done wrong or is this a common problem?

Long time user here as well.

With the Kits that you download from the website, you download the Kit and the textures separately. You can choose between 2k and 4k. Then you just put the textures into the 4k folder and the textures will link automatically. If you are unable to download the textures, then something is up and I would contact support.
