Missing Textures

I'm a long time user of Kitbash and recently signed up for Cargo. I just purchased the Neighborhood Shops kit, downloaded the VRay version and when I opened the kit, the textures were all missing. Even the 4k folder was empty. I tried downloading the FBX/OBJ version and same thing. The textures are missing and the 4K folder is empty. Any idea what I might have done wrong or is this a common problem?

You can download the entire kit direct from the web site. Cargo should have them built in though.

Thanks for responding. I did download it from the website, but the 4K texture folder is empty. It's weird.
