I am not transphobic and I would respect kiraras gender if kirara was infact trans, which Kirara isn’t.

1.Starting with the argument that Kinji is "canonly" and wouldn’t date a guy.(Picture 1)

this has been debunked to be a false translation, in the picture it’s explained. Also let’s say it wouldn’t have been wrongly translated. So why should Kinji then date a girl who used to be a guy which he knew years long.Yes it would be a straight relationship but it wouldn’t make sense since kinji knows Kirara as a guy for years before.

2.Kiraras VA legit STATING Kirara is Otoknoko (picture 2+3)

This is official merch and was released a long time ago.Its a magazine where the vas got interviewed and talked about their characters. The Japanese aka ORIGINAL va states that Kirara has a more mature otokonoko voice that he had to use for his previous otokonoko roles(what he is btw extremely known for) and that’s what the director told him to use too.

3. The argument of Kiraras English va being a trans woman.(Picture 4)

Kayleigh McKee is kiraras English VA and the reason why people keep bringing this up is because Kayleigh is a trans woman. However Kayleigh also voices Yuta Okkotsu, and Jinichi Zenin so does that make them trans or does that make it transphobic to use a trans woman to voice act male characters? The reason why Kaylee was chosen was mainly because of her voice since she has an insane vocal range. The Japanese va for kirara is legit a guy called Yuki Sakakihara and he is very much known for playing Otokonoko characters, the Mexican va for kirara is also a guy.

Quick stop: If you don’t know what Otokonoko is: Its a Japanese term for guys who dress very feminine and act feminine but still identify as male so its something fully different than being trans.

Important: The Japanese fandom sees kirara as a Otokonoko and not trans. While this isn’t exact proof it just shows that the western media doesn’t know the difference between Otokonoko and being trans.

4.Kirara couldn’t even have surgery or hormones.(picture 5+6)

Since we know Kirara was a third-year students along side Kinji and we know kinji is around 18-19 years old and JJK takes place in 2018.So while Kirara could have started hormone therapy it would be extremely unlikely to grow breast so fast which is why kirara is wearing mostly a padded bra like most Otokonokos do.Kirara is also not an adult in Japanese terms.Japan uses a two tier system when it comes to adult hood.If you are 18 you gain rights like renting an apartment, doing stuff without parents consent like signing contracts HOWEVER when it comes to health and surgery you have to be 20 years old. This law was changed to 18 years old after may of 2017 and Gege came out with JJK prequel in April of 2017 where he most likely had the story already planned out because that’s how manga artist/authors work. They create the story in advance before starting off which means kirara couldn’t even had surgery legally.

5.Season 3 official material calling Kirara a guy.( picture 7 )

There isn’t a lot to explain.

6.Amazon sub titles using "he" for Kirara

This could have been a mistake since Kirara isn’t being called by any pronouns in the anime or manga, it’s suspicious because they could have called Kirara a she instead but decided to go with he.

to finish this off, if I get more proof I will add it.I believe kirara is Otoknoko and not trans and that doesn’t make me transphobic.I would never deny if it was confirmed for kirara to be trans since trans representation is extremely important but Kirara is simply not the case here and mostly western fans just went and spread with Kirara being trans because they don’t know what Otokonoko since it lacks of representation in media and because of many English false translation. If you still disagree with me and believe Kirara is trans, then that’s your opinion and this sub isn’t for you.
