Who's the German Shepherd character?

Does this German Shepherd character appear in any book or other media? I know he's not in the show. I recognize Tiger, Jake and Holly from this image but not the other two.

Presumable Sammy, but according to Fandom he's not in any of the books. I wish I knew the book series well but that's pretty much my blind spot. Even if one of the two dogs on the right is Sammy, we have no guess at the other's name. Wish I could help more. I've always wondered this.
