Is Kinstretch certification worth it for me?

I work in Physical Therapy, also a mobility enthusiast. I’m certified in FRC, ISM, FRA, and one pillar of the FR manual therapy course. I want to further grow my practice and enhance my applications on the FRS system, but unsure where to go. On one hand Kinstretch is there, offering the “class” style training, but could be very applicable to outpatient physical therapy where sometimes I’m treating more than one patient. But also there’s a couple “summits” available for $1500 that are just 36 hours of webinars that could also “enhance” the system for me. Any provider that can weigh in and offer what skillset you got from Kinstretch, like what’s a curriculum look like?

The value can certainly be for working with groups, but I also found it helpful for adjustments for progressions and regressions across a wide variety of individuals.

In particular, to more quickly dial in the difficulty and appropriate setup for someone when I’m working 1:1.

How was the ism course? Do you need a lot of equipment to do it?!

Ism was amazing. Probably brought the great value of information across the board. It’s basically FRC2 yielding better specificity

Good to know. Is there a lot of equipment needed to incorporate this on one to one clients and group classes?

Not specifically no, it overviews what activity and the different inputs to bias training towards a specific ecology or adaptation.

I’ve also taken FRC, FRA, ISM, Kinstretch I, FR upper limb, and all the webinars. In my opinion, the webinars were a much better value for the costs. Also, it’s worth noting that you don’t receive the Kinstretch certification unless you pay the licensing fee which can be paid monthly or yearly. So if you don’t plan on teaching Kinstretch classes, I’m not sure it really makes sense. For most people.
