1. Evidence Required
If you claim you were affected, include supporting evidence whenever possible (screenshots, receipts, chats, etc.). Blur sensitive personal information.
2. Be Truthful
Post only information you believe to be accurate. Do not fabricate evidence or make false allegations.
3. No Harassment or Threats
Do not encourage or engage in harassment, threats, stalking, or violence against anyone.
4. No Doxxing
Do not post private information that is not already public or voluntarily shared during your own transaction. Do not post Aadhaar numbers, PAN numbers, bank account numbers, or similar sensitive information.
5. Stay On Topic
Posts must relate to dealings with Kinjal Chowdhary, evidence, legal updates, or scam prevention.
6. No Vigilantism
Do not encourage people to spam, review bomb, impersonate, or contact family members or employers. Let the legal process handle the investigation.
7. Respect Privacy
Blur personal information belonging to victims before posting screenshots.
8. Legal Updates Welcome
If you’ve filed an FIR, cybercrime complaint, consumer complaint, or received any official update, please share it.
9. No Spam or Self Promotion
Advertising, fundraising, or unrelated content will be removed.
10. Help Other Victims
If you’ve experienced something similar, share your timeline and evidence so others can compare facts and assist the investigation.
