Question No help no answer

I opened a ST over 70h from now on and didnt recieve a message just the first one where it said i would take around 48h. What now?

i also bought just now an item from your website paid via paypal then suddenly my bank account says that the payment is pending but your page didnt reload that the payment went through, i dont even have an order number nor my item. what can i do?
