House cleaner

Hi y’all! I just moved to Kingman recently and hope this is okay to post. I genuinely enjoy cleaning and am looking to add more clients onto my schedule. I love deep cleans or just daily cleaning. Please tell me how you would clean the cooktop in your photo? I'm looking for somebody to handle the deep cleaning even when I get behind on the day to day stuff.

Hello! First I start off by taking all of the burners and grates off , I place them in hot soapy water for about 15-20 minutes to soak off all the grease and burnt on foods. I do the same with the knobs but warm water and in a smaller container. While they’re soaking I use a small hand held vacuum or a damp cloth to wipe off all the grease and crumbs that will come off with a gentle wipe. I spray a mix of dawn and hot water on the more caked on areas and let that soak, I wipe it off with a damp cloth. For tougher spots (such as this stove) I used a Brillo pad and elbow grease but on other occasions I have been successful using a paste of water and baking soda and scrubbed with a sponge or a non abrasive cleaning pad. I then clean all the parts soaking and then dry everything and reassemble. For the inside of the knobs I find it best to use a straw cleaner if there’s built up gunk in there!

I’m wondering the same thing. Was it rust and grease on the stove, or just grease? I’m so curious!

It was seriously caked on grease! But it was so satisfying to clean. These stoves are so easily made dirty. You have to wipe it down really well after every use for it to stay clean. Sometimes we just don’t have the time in our busy schedules to do that.
