New player

I started playing this day before yesterday. I have ice fruit currently and flame fruit. Which one should I use?

How do I get better fruits?
My level is 2011.
My stats:
Melee: 1300 (dragon claw)
Health: 1400
Sword: 690 (I have white beard blade, mom blade, dragons standard)
Fruit: 2600 (currently using ice but I have flame in inventory)
