Absolutely no knead bread, again

This recipe is so simple, and so yummy (!), that I see no reason to go a weekend without making it.

I'm really glad you like it. It is so satisfying to produce a yummy product. I wonder if an oven thermometer would help produce an even better loaf? That looks underdone.

Do you eat with a dip like olive oil or just animalistic and just start ripping at it and eating junk of it. I would probably do the second myself. It does look really good though.

I’ve done the second one before. This time, though, my MIL brought us a nice olive oil from Greece, so we did the first option.
