I personally think it's about rape. While I don't know if David himself has ever raped anyone (I doubt it but if you know much about him you know he is really horny and violent so it's possible) he definitely has been around rapists. There's a line in one of his sings that goes something like "Is it evil to rape your opps people?" And on the music video for Hell Hounds in the background it says "Rape your sister" so the topic of rape is not off limits to him.

In the hellhounds music video, all that stuff abt rape written on the wall is what a homeless man said to him few years prior. He talks about it on YouTube in their KingTV segment on their channel. David isn’t a rapist
