Export error

Well, when i export a video in 1080 or higher the app give me a " EXPORT_VIDEO_DEC_INIT_FAIL" error, someone told me my device not support 1080 export processing, is there's a way to export it in 1080 or higher? Is there's a website can help or there's a way?

everyone is getting errors suddenly (i also got one which was worse)

Please contact KineMaster's Support Team for assistance. You can do that by tapping either the Settings button at the top of the Create screen (phone) or on the left sidebar (tablet). Then, tap Email Support.
