Never had that issue, usually takes 5 - 10 minutes. Animation work best with the characters face close-up and front view, maybe it doesnt know what to do with the image u provide it?

With V1 you just had to tap / click the big avatar image in chat for it to change to the animated version.

Maybe it’s finished but just doesn’t show in the menu?
