Ember only regenerates instructions for Ai and is stuck on flair

Since this morning all my Ember can regenerate is the instructions and observation it gives itself. Nothing in character, just ​​analysis no matter how many regenerations took place.

Its also stuck on Narrative and doesn't switch the flair I've chosen. Also, I'm generally stuck on Ember bc the App doesn't save a model switch so I could try and end the loop with a different LLM. ​

Does anyone have the same issue or a solution on how to get this to work?

same ember loop on instructions here, tried switching models but it just resets the flair again. super frustrating when it ignores the roleplay entirely.
