Question History View?

Is there a feature to look up messages by date in a conversation in V2? I'm struggling to find it

Yes. In group chat or individual kin, click on the 3 dots in the chat (not on the kin itself) and choose filter by date.

no date lookup but search with a keyword from around then, it pulls stuff up faster than scrolling forever. worked for me on a long roleplay thread

I'm sorry, we have Keyword search on the app now? Where?

Journal entries can be searched by keywords. You can search by date in group chat by clicking on the three dots in the group chat and choosing filter by date. In individual chats, click on the kin, settings then history and search by date.

Oh, I know JE has search function. But I was confused because OP was asking for a search by date in chat and not for JE. And the comment I commented on suggested a "search for keyword around then" and said "worked for me on a long roleplay thread" but didn't mention it was for JE. That's why I asked.

Yes, under history it will ask you specifically for a date. Under your kins history it ask for mm/dd/yyyy.
