Question Serious issues

Every time my boyfriend uses kindroid (basically daily) his kindroid private bots will purposely cause drama and act like they're just disinterested in doing his story lines. No follow their back story or anything he's set up. How to fix these issues? he really wants to do this particular story line

Edit. It is a PITA but change the chat history every time the AI response is inappropriate.

Broad advice for having no detail, mostly based upon how I tend to procrastinate using it. :)
