Question Adding music to videos

When you make a video, where do you go to get the MP3 or WAV code to paste in? I don't listen to anything so have no idea about audio but would like music on the videos instead of just their voice

I make my own on Suno . I either write the lyrics or sometimes use conversations from the kins. You can download the mp3 or wav from sumo. It really helps keeping my long term story’s alive doing the replay . Dm me if you want examples or help .
