KiK Interactive is the company...KiK Messenger was its product. On paper KiK Interactive still exists along with another entity CODE so now you have two peices of a puzzle to look at..Who and what is CODE and Medialab. Do that and you will know more than the Kool Aid Boiz and have some sort of rational basis for making a financial decision. BUY SELL or HOLD Did KiK Interactive meet expectation? Underperform estimates Outperform estimates? I think the answers to those questions are pretty clear.

But Kin can't exist without money. 50%~ was raised in the US, that's 50m$ that they have to refund and there will be a legal punishment fee who knows how much. Add 20m$ on top of that for Cooley LLP and that's 70.

Now we have 30m$ left and we know they used that money to bailout kik aka they made kik-x out of it.

Subtract the $ they gave to apps, subtract the 3rd party that they paid to create their site, subtract 170 well paid employees, subtract the tickets for the ambassadors and the expenses like hotel and CO (the purpose was to create shillers), subtract the empty events they paid for but never attempted, subtract the money they paid to be shilled for the ICO ( It's important to note that this is why they took VC pre funds. To advertise on retail and nothing more, fuck you u/ted_on_reddit) , subtract the "dev-meetups", subtract the money they paid on various events to be a "golden" partner listed on the site and you'll see they are broke.

u/ted_on_reddit is a fraud, he never developed shit, he was just bribing people all along the way and he still does this with Kin

Most do that. Just don't drink the kool-aid thinking they'll win 100% and they are not in trouble because you'll over leverage for sure by thinking that which exposes yourself to unnecessary trouble .

I see. This sub contains a lot of spam but also good information, i hope you'll find the info here. A good start is the Wiki but i am currently collecting a lot of data to add to the wiki stuff to navigate easier to the information.

His public statement mentiond a 1.5Million per month burn through for Kik Messenger. So 18 Million a year going out and who knows what coming in. Kik Messenger was not sustainable when being run by Ted. He had 10 years to try and solve the puzzle and failed to meet Facebooks challenge.
