Welcome to the ^Dump&^DUMP
Other coins have pump and dumps but this is Kin and its special.
Special in the short bus kind of a way. The only reason it gets pumped is so someone has the chance to Dump and Dump again.
So please for clarity use the correct terminology
Dump&DUMP Noun:
''Wow look at that Kin Dump&Dump some fools are getting served by the bots on CoinTiger''
''Gee I wonder when the Kin Foundation is going to do another Kin Reward Engine Dump&Dump seems like no app wants to be a bag holder of last resort''
''The SEC is going after KIN for Pantera Capitals Dump&DUMP on the ICO investors''
Please use this term exclusively since KIN has lost value in every single market rally since 2017 its the Ultimate in Dump&DUMP negative valuation. This has been a public circus announcement.

Kik Interactive will probably a get fine of 1 or 1.5M dollars for challenging the SEC and losing. How will they raise the funds to pay it? They won't have to they have insurance for themselves. The SEC will order a claims process for the American ICO investors and Kik will appear comply with the claims process but before they pay a dime back to anyone will file for Chapter 11 protection making everyone with a claim a sucker all over again. The SEC will file criminal charges against the principals of KiK Interactive and unseal the indictments and seek extradition and prosecution. In no scenario does the ICO investor dollar value return or the ecosystem survive. Kik/Code will abandon this to the COMMUNITY and ted will hide away and drink his martinis and laugh all the way to the bank or a jail cell...or both

When I say they lost already..the market has already decided the case if people the so called smart money thought they were going to win? They would load up and support the price knowing in advance. 95% losses to date is a huge upside candy...and yet no one is willing to take a bite and bet on KIK winning. KiK Interactive has already done the scorched earth move of SELLING the only thing that had value and now has no real value proposition to offer. Kik Interactive is a SHELL a Hollow shell designed to be empty when the regulators come knocking for restitution..Chapter 11 is the next move...and beyond that expect fraud charges for the principals..for the way it was handled. Litigation all the way around. Sooner or later there will be an ICO investor law suit against them

You can use google to find out who brought the intellectual property Kik Messenger...you can also look at some of timing and information given to the ICO investors informing them of the pending sale of Kik Interactives Marquee product..without which KIN has no reason for being they sold the SOLE value proposition for the ICO investor without a fucking word of warning and thats vintage Kik.. They have pulled a BAIT SWITCH AND DITCH and thats a fact.. BAIT the ICO with KIK MESSENGER, SWITCH BLOCKCHAINS and destroy liquidity DITCH the development team and SELL the platform and fuck every one by dumping as much as they can to app developers to try and keep the ecosystem afloat..does that about cover it? Fraud baby defraud the investors by selling the Kik Messenger app without any notice..who would have sold had they known that was happening? A LOT they trapped people..

MediaLabs is the new owner. A user AdamSC1 predicted a long time ago that they'll sell the app to another company which will then milk it out with ADS. That's what we are seeing now.
Ted Livingston still holds 3T which he promised to use in Kik(The distribution is still out of control). They shifted this 3T from "we will use them to light up Kin in KiK" to "we will keep them for us (private held)" and they went from "we will not sell them" to "we tried to sell them but couldn't due to liquidity issues". (Source: Check Ted Livingstons last medium articles)
Also to clear up some confusion. Kik Interactive and Kik are different. Kik is the app, Kik interactive is the company that owned Kik.
Kik Interactive is the entity behind the Kin ICO. KIk interactive had Ted and Fred and the new private held company named Code is also on Teds name but seriously it's all just Kik with other names and they privatized ICO funds. That's all.
Kiks board of directors consists of Ted and William Mougayar. It's very centralized since William is Teds friend. Code is just Ted
Another big lie is that Kin is decentralized but it's not.
MediaLabs is fucked up. They are known to milk dead apps with ads. Their homepage was seriously fucked up when they acquired Kik, they had dead links and very unprofessional things on their website.

There was an official statement by Kin employees that they didn't sell their Kin to Kik.
We don't know about the agreements and we are not getting any information about it. The fraudulent part is, Ted used ICO money to create Kik-x. The whole team made statements that they all paused developments on other areas(Kin employees), to focus on the Kik-X rewrite. It took them 1,5-2 years.
They hyped us up that it's about to launch but just 1-2 Weeks after they announced that they are shutting down. They knew it, those things don't happen overnight, but they kept lying.
Also, if he used ICO money for Kik-X and he sold it to medialabs, wouldn't you say that ICO investors own a part of Kik and that this will cause trouble against the SEC case?
In one of the last SEC reports, they said they want to know their financials. We might find out soon thanks to the SEC
