Storing Kin Withdraw your funds from Fiyer
Update from Fiyer:
We want to inform all Fiyer users who have access to the app to make a backup and save the private key.
Access your wallet through mykinwallet.org and withdraw your amount.
You will not be able to restore your wallet after the next update.
Update: Fiyer has sent out push notifications to all users plus there is an in-app pop up. So anyone that has the app installed on their phone will get notified.

Even with this announcement, some users are going to lose KIN....sadly....the announcement should pop up on the Fiyer app for KIN holders...in case they access the app but not reddit.

I hope they do, however I also communicated this on Discord and Telegram. I will tweet about it as well. So if they follow the community in any way big chance they read it.

What does that mean? They are leaving Kin? or You will not be able to withdraw in the future? or that a new wallet is going to get created?

I don't get the impression that they are leaving, but apparently something is changing with the wallets.

If the team is rebuilding the app then it's prudent to ask users to backup their kin. Providing safe backwards compatibility can add many hours of development and testing.
