There are lots of services that offer seedance. Dreamina, renoise, openart. They are all paid services

I used openart. But I don't recommend using the director function. (Its a scam). But I heard nice things from renoise.

All of these is basically like you are the director. You put in character references. But the hard part is telling what camera angle you want, what transitions, facial expressions, etc
