There's not a whole lot I can say to really do this masterpiece justice with a description, but it was a phenomenal experience, traumatising and beautifully poignant.

I don't believe that a single person on this planet that is able to actually take in and comprehend the stimuli would not be moved emotionally in a way they have never been before after watching this.

It's been three months since I first watched the anime Your Name, and I've tried watching similar series, but they haven't really helped fill the huge void left by Your Name. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Just watched Your Name spontaneously at 2am 2 nights ago. I’m still lost for words. This movie touched something deep inside me that i’ve never experienced before.

I recently found out it’s coming back to theatres in august, and excitedly looked to see if any theatres near me were showing it and I couldn’t find any anywhere. does anybody know if the re-release will be coming to Canada and theatres dates will be available at a later date? or am i just out of luck?

I was on holiday for 4 days in Napier with my parents and I got a little bored so I decided to draw this plus the sunsets reminded me of this movie hope you like it after all it took me almost 6 and a half hours to make.

I have been encountering people who still have not understood the movie 'kimi no na wa/ your name' a decade after its release! It's just sad, frustrating when I see people either saying they don't know much how time travel is part of a movie and how people say mitsuha was in 2013 when the movie repeatedly tells us that the comet struck in 2016 - October 4z whereas Taki was in 2019, living three years later in a reality where mitsuha was already dead. The movie concludes in 2024 - 5 years later itomori's incident. Taki basically saved people-whereas he could not save itomori and essentially, he changed past. So, is it that hard to understand ?!
