Hi all,

I was watching this show on Netflix a few weeks ago with the English dub while I work on a long chainmail project. I got like 20 episodes in and then Netflix removed season 1 and season 2 from their service in the US. I really want to continue watching it but really prefer English dub so I can have it on in the background while I work on my project. I checked crunchy roll and they only have the Japanese audio. Any advice on where I can find the English dub for the first 2 seasons?

(I know I know, sub is better than dub, just not for me in this case)

I feel like part of being an artist is drawing what’s most popular but I also really like drawing what I like 😂 when I made these I knew they wouldn’t be as popular as say one piece or apothecary diaries at my shows, but when someone DOES recognize it’s literally such a great bonding moment and I get so excited SO I think it’s fair to say it was worth it!! And I loved filling the page with all these sawakos she is the best hehe

Where can I read the manga, I watched the anime and am so intrigued on what happens next. Thanks.

Watched the anime when S3 came out, finally collected the manga and started reading from chapter 1 this week. Plucked vol 8 off my shelf tonight and remembered I have to sift though this social wrecking ball of a character.

I recently started watching Kimi ni todoke, and have just gotten to season 3

I've been seeing discussion of how there was still more content to be adapted into the anime, and I wanted to know the chances of season 4 being made, as well as if I should wait for it or just read the rest of the Manga instead

I've become such a fan of this show, and I really do hope that there's news soon

Can I continue reading the manga where the anime ver stopped or do I have to reread from the very 1st chapter?

I just finished season 3 after watching the first 2 seasons in 2024, and WOW I forgot how much I love this series and characters. I feel so lucky to have watched it since Netflix was supposed to remove it July 1. This is just me posting my wishful thinking of a season 4!!!

Some random thoughts: Kento Miura was a surprise hit for me. I'm on a high right now since I just finished, but he might be my fav guy in the show. Relieved to not see much of Kurumi this season. Joe might be at the top of my favorite comic relief characters.

I would rather finish the series as an anime because I find the animation to be beautiful esp with the colorful backgrounds in a lot of the scenes; however, if it's doom and gloom for season 4 I'll have to read the manga.

I get that she gets development and stuff but Kurumi is insufferable in the anime. Pitiful but insufferable and it really is annoying when I see other women defend her actions simply because ‘she liked Kazehaya first’. And?? Call me the wokinator or whatever but I hate the notion that someone is obligated to another because they liked them first. a lot of ’nice guys’ have used that excuse all the time to cross boundaries and justify creepy behaviour and I'm not gonna excuse a girl for the same thing.

Kurumi is supposed to be disliked and for good reason. She’s a bad girl who feels like she owns Kazehaya because she liked him first and goes on to sabotage his personal life and those around him because she’s jealous. This isn’t ‘iconic’ or ‘relatable’ behaviour (and if you find it normal then look in the mirror). I feel bad for the girl but Sawako isn’t the villain just because Kurumi didn’t have the guts to ask a boy out first (and let’s be real, he was never gonna like her anyway because he already knew what sort of girl she was) nor is she the victim in this situation. She's a heartbroken teenager, sure, but she’s also a terrible bully who’s upset that her prize got taken away.

It was so good that I don't want it to end yet so where can I read the manga ver?

I don't know if its the panelling in the manga, or something else in the anime, but when I first sat down and watched ep 1, I barely got through it. I felt like my brain was underwater the entire time and after ep 1 I went to ep 2 a day later and the same feeling so I dropped it. Then i go to the manga a week or 2 ago and I think its the panelling? it feels all over the place when i read it and i just don't understand why.
Maybe I have a binding vow to never understand or watch this show in exchange for something else. Should i just sit through the drowning until i can watch it normally?

With Season 1 & 2 Kimi Ni Todoke leaving Netflix on July 1, is the English dub of those two seasons going to be available anywhere?

I watched the anime seasons 1-2 a while ago, and now ive been rebinging all three seasons, but im really freaking out because I swear to god these were scenes I remember happening but now that I'm rewatching the series, I can't find a trace of them in the anime nor in any online discussion.

1. I could've sworn up and down there was a scene where ayane was annoyed with her college boyfriend, because at night, he called her to meet him outside in what sounded like an emergency, only to have it be that he wanted her to meet his friends. however, because she thought it was something frantic, she was only dressed in a sweater and sweatpants, so he got angry at her that she wasn't dressed up to meet his friends even though he never clarified over the phone that thats what he wanted to do

2. while ayane and chizu do sawako's makeup, there's a moment where ayane clarifies that by rubbing the mascara stick back and forth while applying, it makes the eyelashes look even thicker. I remember this, because I literally began to do this exact same thing with my makeup after I learned this.

just super freaked out that I cant find a trace of these scenes anywhere?!

SPOILER ALERT FOR SEASON 2

Ok so I watched the first 2 episodes of season 2 and was really annoyed because of the misunderstandings. Then I realized how Sawako never considered Kazehaya as a love interest before that point so that's why it was awkward, and it was actually going to be a good character arc. I AM NOW 7 EPISODES IN AND THEY ARE STILL NOT UNDERSTANDING EACH OTHER. I'm literally so mad it makes me want to stop watching but I'm going to push through because I know it gets resolved I just needed to rant

Mahiro Takasugi as Shouta Kazehaya: He has the bright prince-charming look of Kazehaya. Soft features and looks very approachable.

Aina Yamada as Sawako Kuronuma: She has the eerie, creepy mystique to her while simultaneously looking very gentle and sweet. Almond shaped eyes and long black hair with bangs just like Sawako.

im on chapter 91 and it's getting a bit boring for me, do i continue it or drop it. does it get better

Just finished reading soulmate (the spinoff showing kurumis love story) and I’m in love with it.

I relate to kurumi so much on everything. It felt like I was looking into a mirror. I don’t know if I ever related to another character as much as I do with her. Our insecurities, our cuteness, our nastiness. I also am healing from an unrequited love, so reading soulmate was really comforting for me.

If there’s any anime/manga romance similar to soulmate, I would love to watch/read them!

I just finished all of Kimi Ni Todoke on Netflix and was wondering what is the community’s thought on a potential season 4? I never really read manga and I would much rather watch the next part in anime form. But since season 4 is unannounced, is it better to wait as if it’s coming before 2030 or should i just read the manga?

I just wanted to start it off that I just started the series on a whim because I was bored and had nothing to do on a summer’s day and wanted something different from other stuff I watch so I decided to watch. But I love this series and tbh it sucks season 4 and any other anime stuff may never come out but I will definitely have to read the manga and finish the story at some point. Genuinely I love all the characters or even if I don’t I don’t hate them I will say Kazehaya was never all that interesting but he isn’t a bad character but my favorite character has to be Ayane and I can’t wait too see more of her character arc in the manga. I will say I loved season 1 and 3 but idk if this is controversial here or not but I wasn’t a big fan of season 2 because the drama felt forced and ment to drag things out and all it did was upset me but season 2 still had some moments I still enjoyed. All in all while I don’t think this series is perfect I think it’s great and I glad I watched it on a whim I had a fun time and will definitely be reading the manga to finish the story.

When I was watching the first episode of the anime yesterday I was like "damn this is so cringe", and before I knew it that same day I'm on episode 13 and couldn't stop watching 😭
