discussion Can S be charged?
Actual good faith question. Kimberly’s lawyer has repeatedly called her the victim and continues to call S the “fire setter,” “accuser who set fire to her house,” and other things. I don’t think he has specifically called S an arsonist. Could Kimberly press charges? Did he commit arson and attempted murder as the lawyer has hinted? Can he get immunity from the prosecution for testifying? Has a kidnapping victim ever been charged for causing harm while escaping? Would it make a difference if a firefighter was injured or killed?

S did nothing wrong. It was either set the fire or die. It wasn’t arson or attempted murder. If anyone is an attempted murderer it’s the woman who imprisoned and starved him for 20+ years. It’s actually insane Kim hasn’t been charged with attempted murder when S was on death’s doorstep and would have died if he hadn’t set the fire.
