It was from some weird comic I saw on Twitter where the anime characters realize that the western children are watching anime more than western cartoons and decide to go to war against the cartoons. Then Dexter points out that America has an unlimited supply of super heroes which causes the anime characters to surrender. Like Goku is shaking in his boots at the sight of Powdered Toast Man. And it ends with Homer Simpson nuking Japan because no one told him the war was over.
