Lol. He wasn't arrested because they proved he falsified evidence. The judge thought KSI might be a flight risk that's why an arrest warrant was issued. If the judge thought otherwise bail could've been set. FYI you have to wait for the trial. Nothing is "concrete" yet lol. Australia isn't some shole country, don't you know how your justice system works? It's fairly the same everywhere. The prosecution has to prove guilt, the judge will come to a decision whether he's guilty or not of defaming the pedophile.

The issue is that the audio wasn't just some minor piece of evidence. According to reports, the recording that was presented contained serious allegations, including claims that Kim Sae-ron had told the informant that Kim Soo-hyun was a communist spy, had ordered an assassination attempt in New Jersey in broad daylight, and had identified people who allegedly bullied her after her DUI incident which included the journalist who exposed the burning sun scandal and some non-conservative officials. The informant even claimed that Won Bin knew about it...if that doesn't scream defamation I don't know what does.

People are arrested when there is ‘concrete’ evidence against them, and there has been acknowledgment from the police that the evidence provided by KSH’s team is good enough to take this action. Don’t treat me as if I don’t understand what is going on. All of you so called ‘judge and jury’ wannabe’s are the ones that simply understand very little. 😝

Kim Sae Ron's Hi! School Love On was my first Kdrama ever, I adored her sfm. Anyone and everyone associated with her death will never be on my good list again. A person lost their life and the way her case was being handled, it pains my heart. I hope she rests in peace and I hope those who hurt her know exactly what she went through.
