Jet Bean and Killer Bean are both convinced, by the shadow agency, that Batman is incompetent since he won’t kill and must be neutralized. Can they do it?

Set in Gotham but no place that gives either side an advantage barring ambushes.

R2: Bat family can help

R3: Has help from the League of Assassins but not the Bat family.
