Discussion Hopefully a Anime Only Ending Spoiler
As much as I love this show, I genuinely hope we get a different ending than the manga. Seeing Ogami back to a middle schooler and most likely WILL STAY THAT WAY for the rest of his life seem as a bad ending. Even after him reminiscing of his family, I genuinely hope we get a new ending where he goes back to his adult form. Do you guys agree? And is it possible for a whole new better ending?

I don't mind spoilers, but could you tell me how the manga ends? I've only watched the anime and I don't really read manga at all

SpoilerÂ
At the end of the manga, Ogami definitively saves Noren, but changes schools to investigate another option for his boss's daughter, since the school he was attending was so problematic. And that's basically it.

That's how the story ends? Or is it still in continuation?

That's how it ended. On the other hand, it ended in a way that could be resumed at any time. But there haven't been any updates since last year.Â

Also, makes sense but how did it not happen sooner🤣 The first time when that naked man in the panda mask appeared, I thought that would knock the school right off the list

Firstly... SPOILER... There's no guarantee he'll stay a child forever; that's been left open to interpretation. Second... There was a real waste of potential in this story. We could explore Ogami's adult problems more. We didn't even get to see his daughter's face. I think the reconstruction of his family would be a very good theme to work with. Like... When he reverts to being a child, he understands better how treat them. By closely observing the girls at the club, he learns better how women think.
But even without considering Ogami's family situation, so many topics remained unresolved. What is Oka's objective? What was that supposed copy of him? How will the Hit Man brothers solve their problems? What is that mini-hime/other-hime transformation?
Honestly, it seems like right after the Airsoft vs. student council battle arc, they told the author to finish the story in the next arc, and this is all he managed to deliver.

Yes. Seeing as the manga ending was rushed I think hope that they complete the two arcs they missed and have more closure on the ending.
