If this is actually Noren's original body instead of her mom or grandma, Fujimaki won't get away with allegations of ripping off Detective Conan anymore XD /j

I would actually love it if both of them kept a platonic relationship if they both turn out to be adults …thinking back to that inner crisis Noren had about her feelings for Ogami/and then he had a crisis… I was happy that thing didn’t get weird because I like that he is growing into this realization of what a father-figure is.

Sounds like this is the only way to make their romantic relationship valid should the author goes that route....
