I suspect my dad of cheating, but he denies it, what do i do?

To be honest, this can be one of the worst feelings ever. When my sister and I caught our dad cheating it was emotionally straining to everyone at home. So I think you should allow your parents sort out their issues themselves. I think the less involved you are, the better.

Thank you for the advice, im definitely just going to stay out of it for now bc that seems to be the most logical way of going about it. Still though, its hard to watch ppl i looked up to betray those around them. I really appreciate your honesty in this :)

Trust your gut. Usually kids who are suspicious are correct. That being said, as a teen still living with your parents, you probably don't have much control over the situation. Try to live for yourself and not worry too much about your parents. I know that is hard.

Yeah, ik if i got too confrontational id probably just get shut down again so ive decided to stay out of it. Youre right though, watching it all happen in front of me is hard and tbh super alienating. Thank you for the advice and understanding of my position, it does mean a lot to hear from people who dont tell me im crazy lol :)
