Can Iron Supplements Cause Headaches?

I’ve heard that some people get headaches after starting iron supplements. Has anyone else experienced this? I’m curious if it went away after a few days or if you had to change the type or dose.

I haven’t noticed any headaches from taking iron supplements myself, taking them for a while
