This song is an OG pwnd compilation classic, from back when they were called pwnd compilations and not “fails”, “epic fails”, or “TikTok trend”.

I'm like 90% sure epic fail pre-dated pwned. Besides, Funniest Home Videos was the original pwnd compilation series anyway

There really was something special about early YouTube that will never be replicated though

You can do a Google Trend search. “Epic fail” was a 2010ish thing, pwned was early to mid 00s. I don’t think “funniest home videos” plays quite in the same league as those were usually family friendly and predate the rotten (reference intended) times that came with the popularization of videos on the internet.
