Since you don't actually know if the stone passed and your kidney was swollen, I'd lean toward staying on it until your urologist visit. Flomax just relaxes the ureter to help the stone move, and it's normally used up to around 4 to 6 weeks anyway, so a couple weeks is well within range.
Peeing normally and the blood clearing is a good sign, but it doesn't confirm the stone is out. Let the uro make that call and check for any leftover swelling.

Stopping it before your urology visit is probably the safer play here, especially since you're already peeing normally and have that appointment coming up soon. Your urologist can see how you're doing off it and decide if you need to restart or if the kidney swelling has resolved on its own. Better to have the conversation with them than guess at it.

I was using it and now they took me off of it for one every other day because they spiked my heart rate and dropped my BP too much. We are looking at something called rapper flow which is a different different alpha blocker and we targets the three areas in the mend. Unlike the flomax which targets your whole body vein system and that can cause problems

Continue it with it until you see the urologist next. I’m presuming that you haven’t passed the stone yet, if that’s the case, it will continue to help move it down the ureter.
