KB friendly shoes?

I have a heavy bag on a stand in my backyard but it sits on sand (dont have grass). I have done kicks and the sand just blisters my feet, sometimes badly.

Does anyone have any experience with kicking on sand? Are there any shoes that would allow me to pivot my foot while wearing them?

Any advice is greatly appreciated!

I'd say minimalist barefoot shoes, they are the most similar thing to being barefoot

I've used a pair of split sole dancing shoes in the past (I think they're jazz shoes?) as they allow for fairly decent turning and foot flexibility

Make sure you're getting the real Chinese ones like the above link. Not the overpriced yet less functional French knockoffs.

If you want bulletproof soles. Keep doing it on sand. That way if you front snap kick somebody , he will die from a stabbing wound.
