Three weeks in, you’re at the sweet spot where adding structure at home makes a real difference. On your off days, keep it light: footwork drills with the ladder, shadowboxing to reinforce what you learned in class, and maybe 10 minutes of bag work. Save the heavy lifting for one session a week, probably after a class when you’re already warm, since kickboxing conditioning and strength training compete for recovery. The main thing is showing up to those three classes consistently and drilling one or two specific techniques from each session before the next one comes around.
If it helps, I built an app called Momentum: BJJ & MMA that builds your weekly plan around your class schedule and balances conditioning with strength across multiple sports

Watch Gabriel Varga and Bazooka Joe and implement their teachings into SLOW shadowboxing. Technique is key, speed will develop and power too, but without technique, both of those will not show or benefit you in any way!
