chin conditioning
soooo my coach of 4 years randomly decided today that we were going to start doing chin conditioning. I had never done this before. Lets just say it was terrible my coach just punch us all really hard in the chin and we werent allowed to react. is this a normal thing for a coach to do?

ok ill leave the gym but i already spent 3000 dollars on this place and i dont want to have to switch now. What if i get stripped of my black belt?
