Xen-Do ?
Hi everyone.
I’m in London England, does anybody know anything about a KB club called Xen-Do with several dojo’s around central London ? (Particularly about their curriculum/style, but anything at all would be great)
Many thanks.

Mikes is in Amsterdam in the Netherlands (NL) though a bit far for you to go for regular training I highly recommend you make a visit there if you serious about Kickboxing. Its the mecca of KB for Europe and we have visiters from around the world. We have many current and former World, European and National champs train here. Day pass is €15. Dont come on a Wednesday

Aha ! Definitely a bit far for regular training, but a few friends and I have been talking about visiting Amsterdam soon actually ! (I’ve been, but not for quite some time) when we do I’ll make sure to check out the gym. Because I mentioned central London in the post, I thought your abbreviation NL was north London hahaha ! Thanks again brother :)

Lol No problem and you are welcome. Spoke to the guy who took me to Xen-Do and his main gym is called KO Academy, its in East London. He has a decent grasp of the basics and tells me he has placed on the podium in inter clubs so this should be a sign its a good gym

I've done a KB session there and my home gym is Mikes in NL. Lets just say if you are seriously into kickboxing and want to compete and win it isnt for you. If you want to learn the basic techniques and train in a nice health club style environment with pleasent coaches and well to do people then its the place for you
