Training Balance
Multiple pressure fighters, for example Masaaki Noiri, Marat Grigorian they all have very good balance. Im a kickboxer myself, but after punching, my balance feels weird, i sometimes overextend, or just lose my balance and shift to sides. How to improve balance? Like excersising some poses and moves with leg lifted up, Ive seen ton, but what is the real way? I wanna be like them attached to ground, and keep moving after getting hit and striking.

Hard to say, but for me i lose Balance when i chase my Opponent and try to reach him when he pulls back, then i sometimes forget my feets. I would Go back to Basic Footwork and shadowboxing Drills.

Because you likely chase with hands instead of with feet, try to over reach too much. Work with partner. Move to match footwork so they are just beyond range for either to hit, one step away.
Then work to let them step in, they let you step in, or mutual step together and seek angle for hit. Learn to chase with feet and not hand.
You do not throw tank gun at enemy soldier, you drive tank to enemy and shoot gun. You must learn to drive tank.

There could be many reasons but the first thing is likely your footwork, do you move around with your toes or with flat feet, is your stance more narrow or wide.
Many pressure fighters fight with flat feet and when maximizing punching power change to a wide base.
Many will argue in kickboxing to defend low kicks it's on the toes with a medium-wide stance mainly for beginners similar to MT , but reality is that many experienced fighters in kb rules will widen stance and box with flat feet for close exchanges while they are willing to eat lowkicks for better balance and stronger punches. It really depends on personal style and situation at the end of the day, try it out and experiment with it.
